Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet service level agreements
  • Handle product movement efficiently within the shipping location
  • Process customer returns promptly
  • Report any fulfillment obstacles to the Manager
  • Represent the company responsibly while driving
  • Effectively load the vehicle based on routing
  • Utilize routing apps for efficient deliveries
  • Ensure high standards of delivery practices
  • Engage with customers during deliveries and update them on upcoming events
  • Be proactive in assisting customers with additional needs
  • Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Report any vehicle issues to the Manager
  • Maintain proper fuel levels and storage of the vehicle
  • Be flexible with work schedules as needed
  • Complete any other assigned duties
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and active listening skills
  • Exceptional sales and customer service abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the products sold
  • Ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements
  • Proficiency in operating the point-of-sale system
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Education and Experience:
  • Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in boating or retail is a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of standing and walking
  • Sitting during driving tasks
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
