Hours:
  • 1st shift 40+ hours weekly

Compensation for Service Manager:
  • $60k-$80k yearly salary
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity

Duties include:
  • Manage and direct crews of up to 40 men
  • Read prints and layouts
  • Conduct pull-offs of material from drawings
  • Reach out to customers to obtain information for projects
  • Travel to project location when needed to get complete details
  • Set schedules with amount of crew members needed
  • Knowledge of material to ensure correct amount is shipped
  • Computer skills needed to type project list
  • Coordinate and manage loading of trucks
  • Visiting customer sites to handle on going support and to keep customers relations
  • Monitoring projects and manage service teams to keep projects on timelines and budgets
  • Other duties as assigned

Required experience:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience managing fabrication/ installation crews
  • Minimum 5-year experience in poultry industry.
  • Clean driving record
