About the job

Actively seeking an experienced and talented full-time ExFlow Dynamics 365 BC Application Consultant to join an empowered international product services company.

This position will assist with Implementations, Ongoing Client Support, Presales, and collaboration with fellow team members.
Required Skills
You have a bachelor's degree in business accounting, information technology or work-related experience.
You have at least 3 years of full implementation experience directly with D365 Business Central
You are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for improving client satisfaction.
You enjoy troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions.
You have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge.
You have the ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational habits.
You have excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with strong client services orientation.
You possess a professional presence and strong presentation skills suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or video.
You have the ability to work closely with clients to define and document user requirements and functional specifications.
You have experience with modeling business processes and translating requirements into a business application.
You have excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
You have advanced experience of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite
You can quickly learn new business processes or applications.

Desired qualifications:
Experience in ExFlow / AP Automation
Experience in project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have general Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence, PowerApps) .
Responsibilities
Perform implementation services for ExFlow AP Automation and other products we offer.
Design and test new features.
Analyze and solve functional issues.
Act as Project Manager in internal and external projects.
Technical Support
Perform pre-sales activities.
Provide the best possible value for our customers.
Provide and implement the best practices for using our applications.
Understand our customers' internal processes.
Communicate updates and status to project leadership.
Foster teamwork through empowerment and maintain an inclusive environment for all team members.
A Day in the Life
A typical day as a D365Business Central Consultant may include:
Perform ExFlow implementation engagements interacting directly with senior level client personnel throughout implementation.
Effectively and timely support clients with technical support issues and needs.
Manage various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives including client satisfaction and implementation profitability.

Partner with other consultants to assess client implementation needs craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains and implement these plans to exceed the clients' expectations.

Outline implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations in a variety of client situations.
Maintain awareness of technical trends and issues in ERP products and applies that knowledge to client issues and solutions.
