Experienced installers and electricians are wanted for full-time employment working on residential, new homes and commercial energy storage and solar projects throughout the Bay Area Must have extensive experience on the various types of roofs, installing solar.

Applicants with at least a 3 year's experience are preferred

Required for all positions:
valid California driver's license, clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

The essential job functions for all positions will include, but are not limited to:

  • Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights of two or more stories,
  • Operating power tools, saws, drills, ladder lifts and light duty equipment,
  • Install AC portion of PV system incl connection to main service, adding subpanels, conduit bending, etc.
  • Strict adherence to company safety policies regarding fall protection, protective equipment, tailgate trainings and more,
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and character on all job sites and with all customers and at all times,
  • Personal means of reliable transportation to and from every job site,
  • Strict adherence to a smoke and alcohol free work environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: heat, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
  • Able to drive long distance
  • Ability to work without constant supervision, but not afraid to ask questions
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and interact directly with client & customers
  • Ensure a high degree of workmanship as service and warranty work are completed
  • Must be comfortable working on rooftops.
  • Applicants should be in good physical shape with no lifting restrictions, knowledge of common hand tools.
  • Lift and maneuver a tall ladder up to 32 feet
  • Accurately record roof and structural measures using tapes, levels and other measuring tools.
  • Use various software programs including: phone Apps, Excel, Word, Dropbox, software and more.
