As a Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate projects from inception to completion. This position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Support the lease negotiation process by preparing and reviewing letters of intent (LOI) and lease agreements.
  • Draft proposals, pitch decks, and other presentation materials to effectively communicate project value to stakeholders.
  • Expertly manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to track project metrics and outcomes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for project teams to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
  • Track project expenses meticulously, ensuring budget adherence and financial transparency.
  • Serve as the liaison between project teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth operation and communication.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and site visits as needed to keep projects on track.

Experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate project coordination or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
