Role Description:

As a Patient Services Coordinator in the Department of Medicine - Rheumatology at HSS, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the administrative operations of multiple physician practices. From managing patient calls to assisting with urgent issues, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and documenting patient calls effectively
  • Scheduling patient appointments and registrations
  • Managing physician schedules and correspondence
  • Providing administrative support for various tasks
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth operations
  • Collaborating with team members and offering assistance
  • Handling additional administrative duties as needed
