Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining room throughout service, including proper maintenance of all menus and other supplies.
Provide a warm welcome to each guest who enters the restaurant and acknowledge their departure at the end of their experience.
communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
