Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate the ability to enhance academic performance
• Show competence in content knowledge and instructional planning
• Utilize strategies to meet students' varied learning needs
• Implement effective classroom management
• Fulfill all responsibilities of Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
• Engage in professional collaboration and growth

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Iowa teaching license
• Possess K-8 Strategist I: Mild/Moderate Endorsement or willingness to obtain
