Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients using specialized knowledge and skills.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical expertise and identify desired outcomes.
- Prescribe and manage medications within state regulations.
- Evaluate patient outcomes using best practices.
- Provide leadership in assessment, treatment planning, and healthcare approaches.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and provide training on patient care.
- Conduct psychological assessments and educate patients on medications and illness.
- Collaborate with other providers and engage in ongoing patient assessment.
- Order and evaluate diagnostic studies appropriate for patient care.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism towards customers.
Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Psychology from an accredited university.
- Three or more years' post-Masters experience preferred.
- Experience in mental health treatment programs and supervisory roles.
- Hold a current professional license as per state regulations.
- Valid driver's license and access to an automobile.
