Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinical mental health provider to join our team as a telehealth psychologist. As a remote psychologist, you will work with veterans living in Washington state via telehealth, providing mental health support and making a real difference in healthcare for veterans.

Responsibilities
  • Complete 25 billable direct-service hours per week, remotely.
  • Provide evidenced-based practices to treat mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients throughout the course of treatment.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
  • Meet with clients on a routine, weekly cadence in accordance with the authorization or renewal.
  • Maintain scheduling, rescheduling, and on-going communication with clients with the support of the administrative team.
  • Report monthly progress summaries to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) to document all clients progress (including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) in a timely, organized manner.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality as determined by State regulations.
  • Conduct audit reviews.
  • Must have strong computer skills to navigate, troubleshoot, and manage cases in EHR.
Ideal Candidate
  • Works collaboratively with the team to enhance best clinical practices.
  • Experience working with veterans and the VHA.
  • Able to utilize one or more evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
  • Fully knowledgeable of DSM-5.
  • Knowledgeable in EHR settings to provide clients with basic troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
  • Access to a consistent and secure, private location with reliable internet connectivity.

Requirements
  • Psychologist license in a PSYPACT state.
