Security Officers at medical posts are responsible for safeguarding the facilities, including inside and outside checking buildings and equipment are secure and checking for suspicious activity as well as report any suspicious activity to property owners and/or Law Enforcement if necessary.
Security Officers need to have the ability to work independently, have time management, and be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time, through all types of weather conditions and environments.
All hired personnel are required to follow all Washington State RCW's for security laws, TCM's policies and procedures, and provide written documentation to supervisors of any event when required.
Hired personnel must have the capability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, when applicable, for each position.All hired personnel are required to maintain a professional uniform appearance and possess a smart phone for time and attendance recording and communication.

To be eligible for this position you must also be fully vaccinated against Covid19, be willing to wear a face mask for the duration of your shift if/when required by the facility, and not have any communicable diseases.
There is additional employer-paid lab work that you will have to submit to in order to verify your health, as well as the drug screening test at a professional lab.
