Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associates to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location on Market Street This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
The facility has a world-class staff and budget, with a strong commitment to providing innovative, exciting new products and techniques from hot stone therapy to tropical body smoothies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Under the direction of Spa leadership, support with daily activity of Spa operationContribute towards the daily service sales goals of the spa by recommending treatments and enhancements to all clientsSupport working toward monthly retail targets by informing on and selling retail products to members and guestsSupport spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growthProvide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guestsQualifications:QualificationsThe successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:1-2 years of customer service experienceMinimum 3 days per week commitment requiredExcellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and computer skillsMust be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industryMust be able to multi-taskMust have morning availabilityBe able to utilize new techniques and ideasAdditional Information
