Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at DeCoach Recovery. The LPN will play a crucial role in our residential treatment program, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality medical care and support throughout their recovery journey. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care and support to clients undergoing addiction treatment in a residential setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician or nurse practitioner.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  • Assist with medical assessments, screenings, and intake processes for new clients.
