Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking patient wellbeing and monitoring vital signs
  • Conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history
  • Administering and verifying medications, and monitoring their effects
  • Reviewing patient charts and medical records
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
