SUMMARY:
W e are looking for someone that wants to join our dynamic team in supporting a law firm client.

Somebody who is excited in learning the latest cloud technologies using tools like Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and varying administrative tools to manage the end user experience of firm staff.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle working with a legal team dealing with complicated and sophisticated technical challenges, operate autonomously, is able to provide white-glove service, and act with a sense of urgency.

Excellent judgment in assessing user issues; intermediate trouble-shooting methodology.

Proficient in Windows 11 OS and core application suite; including the Microsoft Suite (Office 365, Intune) and various standard law firm tools like, iManage, Clio, LawToolBox, Adobe/Kofax.

Strong knowledge of Remote Computing experience.
Troubleshooting MFA user account issues/performing password resets.
Provisioning laptops for new hires, imaging laptops with Autopilot
Providing onboarding Training for new employees
Strong PC troubleshooting skills and assists other team members in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Knowledge of networks including wireless experience.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP) telephone systems. (Microsoft Teams)
Demonstrates the willingness and ability to help other team members on difficult issues.
Document new findings/solutions and processes.

Understands and follows ticket ownership guidelines and system usage.
Solid ability to research information through internal and external sources.

Support the day-to-day Conference Center Technology operational needs. Set up audio conferences (microphones, sound systems, speakerphones, conference calls).
Set up and Support remote Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams events.
Set up presentation equipment (LCD projectors, screens, videos).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a professional services environment, with law firm experience.

Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills and will have the ability to be process-oriented yet flexible.
