Customer Product Quality Assurance Coordinator

Alcoa, Tennessee, United States Arconic Full time
Arconic is currently in search of a Customer Product Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Tennesse Operations location.

This is an externally focused role, working closely with customers in the field to ensure that TN can sheet performs at expected levels.

This role may be based at the plant, or in a travel corridor to support customers in their facilities, while interacting frequently with the TN Operations, one of the most modern aluminum fabricating facilities in the world.

Our plants produce high-quality molten metal and aluminum sheet and are recognized as a world leader in the business.

The facility has been located at the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains for 100 years and continues to thrive and grow.

The Customer Product Quality Assurance Coordinator (CPQA) will guide and monitor customer qualifications, measure metal and customer plant performance, and measure customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

The CPQA will manage customer complaints, validation of complaint with samples or online, and interact with the mill and central technical resources to provide information, samples, and present the mill corrective actions to the customer as applicable.

Quality input to the plant will assist in driving excellence in the manufacture of can sheet coils at TN.

At Arconic, we are looking for people who share our values of integrity, inclusion, and diversity, and who demonstrate agility, results commitment, and the capability to grow themselves and others.

In return, we offer the opportunity to Grow Together with ongoing opportunities for professional growth provided by a constantly changing environment, working alongside employees who value the people they work with just as much as the work they do.
