THE JOB
As a Treasury Management Officer your roles and responsibilities will include:

The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury/cash management products and services to business clients and targeted prospective candidates while meeting call, deposits and revenue goals

This position plays a critical role in promoting treasury/cash management products and services, both internally and externally.


Responsible to drive top financial performance, client consultancy excellence to ensure the Bank meets service levels and organizational goals while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service in line with client, internal and strategic partner expectations.

Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully identify and convert sales opportunities.


Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the business client's needs and their financial well-being.

Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty.


Collaborate with the bank s client success team and operations to ensure fulfillment, onboarding, training, and billing are client centric with a streamlined approach.

Participate in community and business functions/groups to provide a positive image for the bank within the marketplace

Must be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Treasury Management.


Manages effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to meet annual performance goals.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Treasury Management Officer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization.

The ideal Treasury Management Officer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, or business administration preferred.

A minimum of 3+ years direct experience in Treasury management sales and/ or deposit product management.

Demonstrated success in winning new TM business deals and well-versed with the servicing and onboarding process.

Experience in working in an environment where only limited standardization exists.

Experience in leading, developing, training, inspiring, and motivating teams.
