RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a multi-site team as a Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) to drive the success of our mission. Guide the team to meet Production Operations objectives for Undersea Warfare Programs, overseeing various program phases from development to production. Act as the primary liaison between Production Operations and Lockheed Martin program management Offices (PMOs). Collaborate frequently with Technical Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams for effective project management.
  • Execute shop floor tasks, manage program baseline plans, conduct capacity and resource analyses, and serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in manufacturing environments and project management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence peers
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple internal efforts concurrently

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Prior Lockheed Martin experience
  • Background in defense manufacturing
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification (green or black belt)
  • Experience with SAP
  • CAM certification
