· Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all projects are completed ahead of time and under budget.

· Develop, communicate, and implement strategies tailored to each work cell to increase manufacturing capacity.

· Provide leadership and direction to department leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

· Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

· Ensure that the company is complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to equipment fabrication/manufacturing industry, including city and state environmental regulations.

· Manage overall operations to embrace and be accountable to all applicable safety regulations and best practices to maintain an elite safety record.

· Work with the Admin Support Team to develop and implement employee training programs to ensure that staff members have the skills and knowledge they must have to be successful.

· Manage overall staffing at the facility, including equipment utilization, labor efficiency goals, training & cross-training of team members, and automation utilization.


Requirements

· Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience.

· Food Industry Experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
