Temporary Specialist, Global Digital Content Operations

Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Leading marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring quality assurance
- Managing and publishing website content, such as brand campaigns, SEO updates, and campaign optimizations
- Utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for effective content authoring and publishing
- Collaborating with Project Management to address any launch date concerns
- Working closely with Creative, Site Content, and Project Management teams to meet project deadlines and enhance processes
- Handling end-to-end production asset delivery with the Creative Team
- Taking charge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) for organizing and retrieving marketing campaign media
- Presenting campaign layouts and new components to stakeholders
- Editing pages based on user feedback and conducting quality assurance checks
- Ensuring high-quality user experience across all sites
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce, Website Operations, or Digital Marketing
- Experience with Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) and authoring tools, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Motivated self-starter with strong project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Wrike
- Graphic design experience with great attention to detail is a plus
- HTML editing skills are advantageous
