Hotel Night Auditor

You MUST be over the age of 21 to work at this location. The hotel will not provide transportation, housing or childcare. Training of up to 2 weeks must be completed in full to be paid.
Pay is bi-weekly.
Duties:
- Conduct night audit processes to verify all accounts are balanced and prepare reports for the morning staff
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with checkins and checkouts during the night shift
- Operate phone systems and assist with reservations as needed
- Ensure the security of the property (locking front doors)
- Continue laundry including washing, drying and folding.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using Fosse is beneficial
- Ability to stay awake during entire shiftsleeping will cause immediate termination
Pay:
From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
