JOB TITLE: Healthcare Call Center Rep
EMPLOYER: Limitless Male Medical Clinic

REPORTS TO: Call Center Supervisor/Patient Care Manager
SUMMARY: Limitless Male is based on a commitment of our teams to enhance, educate and empower men to be their best. We are aligned in our efforts, actions, and resources towards providing safe practices, demonstrating respect and empathy derived from our genuine mission to help men live their best life. As a call center customer support team member, you will play a vital role in assisting the patients we serve by ensuring they receive the support, guidance and follow-through they need. This is not a remote position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming patient/potential patient calls with empathy and professionalism
- Documenting interactions and details of inquiries or complaints in the CRM system
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- Upselling or cross selling products or services when opportunities arise
- Assisting patients with insurance inquiries, claims and billing matters
- Providing information about medical procedures and services available
- Scheduling patients in the appropriate clinic location and appointment type
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Resolving patient inquiries, complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a neat and clean environment, professional appearance, and adhere to all patient confidentiality and safety at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
