This job would entail:
Answer client calls and respond to text messages

Booking and confirming appointments

Answer phone calls for multiple locations

Processing payments

Maintain appointment calendar; organize and schedule appointments using Zenoti software

Knowledge of medical aesthetics

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)

  • Glen Mills, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)
