Group Fitness Instructor

Crunch, known for its innovative and cutting-edge classes, is currently seeking Group Fitness Instructors. We are looking for fitness professionals with previous teaching experience and a passion for making fitness enjoyable.

There is a need for instructors experienced in the following genres:

  • HIIT based classes, Cycle/Spin, Step 360, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Barre, and Pilates.

The Group Fitness Instructor will guide members in a group setting through a set format of exercises to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance while prioritizing member safety.

The Instructor will also act as a resource to educate members on various fitness aspects.



Reports to:
Group Fitness Coordinator Manager Franchise Owner/Operator

Requirements:
Maintain valid CPR Certification Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred) Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also accepted Current Zumba License also accepted

Special Skills:

  • Experience in teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
  • Maintain all mandatory education certifications
  • Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures
  • Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager
  • Maintain professional demeanor
  • Adhere to club/facility policies and procedures
  • Follow Employee Handbook guidelines

Meetings:
Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings

Employee Training Meetings Compensation:
$35.00 per hour
