Join our team as an EMR Business Systems Analyst and play a pivotal role in reimagining care delivery in corporate healthcare.

Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and help shape the future of home healthcare services. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications

Responsibilities:
Support and optimize EHR/EMR solutions, particularly Homecare Homebase, within the post-acute care industry.
Deep understanding of clinical, field, and back-office processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
Familiarity with Medicaid, HMO, and Commercial Insurance billing processes and A/R practices.
Lead EMR/EHR solution implementations, configuration, training, and rollout initiatives.
Experience in implementing and supporting EMR/EHR Point of Care (POC) solutions is advantageous.
Resolve complex EMR/EHR data and user-related issues, documenting and implementing system-associated process changes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting EHR/EMR solutions, specifically in Homecare Homebase.
Proficiency in Medicaid, HMO, Commercial Insurance billing, and A/R practices is highly desirable.
Proven track record in implementing EMR/EHR solutions and managing multiple priorities.
Consultation experience with mid-level managers and executives.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
