Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is looking for a recent graduate or experienced therapist to work full or part-time with children and families in a school environment. The role involves assisting children and supporting families in various school settings such as pre-school, elementary, middle, or high school. You will have the opportunity to work in schools in the Clinton County or Lebanon, IN area, serving students from public schools.
For Therapists with licenses like LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, the starting salary ranges from $57,500 to $60,000, with potential for a higher salary based on experience. Additionally, there is a $2,000 bonus upon license verification.
For Therapists with master's licenses like LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, or LCACA, the starting salary is $50,000 with a $2,000 bonus upon license verification. Clinical supervision hours are provided at no cost to the clinician.
Job Functions Include:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop/review treatment plans
- Deliver ongoing individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents
- Effectively engage with school staff, families, and Cummins stakeholders
Education and Experience :
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields. Candidates must hold licensable master's degrees in Indiana.
Must be licensed clinically (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or possess temporary/non-clinical licenses (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA).
