Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00am- 6:30pm) Pay Information:
$18 per hour (Including excellent benefits post 30 days) The primary objective of this position is to efficiently and safely load and unload customer trailers while adhering to all safety and quality standards. Forklift Operators will be responsible for moving materials throughout the operation to support various production units and sorting pallets based on product specifications. Accountabilities
  • Promote Safety to achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) targets
  • Execute all activities and fulfill job responsibilities following strict adherence to established safety protocols, processes, and procedures.
  • Safely and efficiently operate a Forklift (training and certification provided as needed).
  • Enhance and uphold Quality Standards
  • Accurately and efficiently sort pallets by hand or forklift based on relevant manufacturer, quality, and grade, as determined via visual inspection.
  • Understand, meet, and maintain Production Targets
  • Position based on production; must meet minimum production and quality standards effectively.
  • Perform any additional tasks delegated by site management.

General Responsibilities
  • Implement sanitation, Clean as You Go practices, and maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • May need to operate a Fork-Lift safely and efficiently (training and certification provided).
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 70 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Proficient in tasks involving continuous, repetitive motions, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in utilizing a pallet jack.
  • Previous experience and certification in Forklift operation preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Background in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment with a production focus is advantageous.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience preferred.
