What the right candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Tableau developer
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis preferably in a Big Data environment
  • Strong experience working in SQL Server and ability to do complex SQL queries (big plus for PostgreSQL experience)
  • Recent industry experience in banking, financial, or wealth management
  • Experience with compliance tools like FIS Supervision Compliance Manager or Archer
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements (SOX, FINRA, FINCINT, SSCN)

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

  • Perform Tableau development/ data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Utilize Big Data technologies including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Develop and maintain complex queries to extract meaningful insights from multiple databases.
  • Leverage Python, Pandas, and Jupyter to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Participate in M&A projects and support risk and compliance analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (SOX, FINRA, FINCINT, SSCN) and implement appropriate risk controls using tools like Archer, FIS, and Supervision Compliance Manager.
