Job Description

As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions for Transaction Banking's (TxB) Data & Analytics Platform.

You will be responsible for contributing to the vision and roadmap, and a world-class engineering culture, while integrating business value and client experience within the team.

This initiative is of critical importance to the success of the organization and our roadmap. Services like liquidity analytics, billing, client onboarding, reporting, and others will rely on the data platform. Accurate, granular, complete, and timely data is a key differentiator and competitive advantage in the market place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and build BI solutions; in the process, conduct data analysis, develop visualizations, and reports.
  • The role involves troubleshooting, improving existing BI systems, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer.
  • Minimum 5 years of production experience with BI technologies like Tableau, AWS Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and experience in working with databases – NoSQL and/or Relational.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • BS or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Postgres.
  • Experience with AWS.
