Job Summary:

BrightStar Care in Knoxville, Tennessee is looking for a full-time, self-motivated individual to become part of a team for scheduling, staffing and recruiting.

This position will be approximately 32-35 per week. Will be required to start each day in the office at 9:00am, unless otherwise instructed.

Responsibilities for the Office:

  • Able to use computers, cell phone and other technical items
  • Able to understand and use proficiently online Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Teams meetings
  • MUST already be proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Able to learn and master ABS software
  • Able work as a team member and also be able to work independently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
  • Participate in inservice training programs and continuing education courses to maintain and enhance skills Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of inhome care experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as a team member and share office responsibilities
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families
