We are looking for a

Branch Manager

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our credit union branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional member service while achieving financial goals.

This role involves managing staff, driving sales and member engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's membership and financial services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing.
Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage branch security and safety procedures.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Set performance goals for staff and support them in achieving their targets.

Member Services:
Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
Address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally.
Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales goals and grow the membership base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and members to promote the credit union.

Financial Management:
Monitor branch financial performance, including profitability, revenue, and expense management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance against goals.
Implement cost control measures to maximize branch efficiency.

Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and execution of the credit union's strategic plan.
Identify and recommend opportunities for branch improvements and innovations.
Participate in regional and organizational meetings, contributing to broader strategic discussions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of

2 years in a supervisory or management role in a bank or credit union
Strong knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
