Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Guidance: Provide advice to the Law firm on Connecticut-specific civil procedure laws, including lawsuit filings, costs, and court processes.
  • Litigation Tactics: Guide the law firm on Connecticut-specific civil litigation from the Plaintiff's perspective.
  • Policy Development: Create and execute legal policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure the law firm adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to Connecticut law.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Stay informed about changing laws and regulations, offering advice on necessary actions to the law firm.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Skills: Strong focus on detail, compliance, and communication.
  • Knowledge: Current understanding of the applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning Connecticut Plaintiff Law Suit Filings.
