Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Needed in Moreno Valley, California
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant in Moreno Valley, CAto join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, providing hands-on treatment, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to patients during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional status and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in CA.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
- Continuing education or certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy.
