Position Overview:
Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is currently seeking a rotational engineer to join its Engineered Systems Services commercial team in Norfolk, VA, as part of the Graduate Rotation Program (GRP).
In this position, you will have the chance to apply your technical knowledge and explore the sales/commercial aspects of our operations. This role serves as an entry-level opportunity within the commercial sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to provide commercial support for various projects
- Engage with service centers and field service organizations to understand our processes
- Interact with existing and potential customers to address their service requirements
- Act as a liaison, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and how our services add value
- Cultivate customer relationships at all levels
- Develop technical and commercial skills while progressing in the program
- Uphold the company's culture of collaboration, inclusivity, diversity, integrity, quality, and safety
- Prepare for a future sales role within the organization through mentorship and coaching
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Sales Force or similar programs
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
