Job Description:


As the Branch Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our Salt Lake City branch.

With a focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and exceptional leadership, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Your extensive knowledge of home health operations, proven leadership skills, and ability to drive results will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and maintaining our position as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:


Lead and manage a large census home health branch, including clinical, administrative, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve financial targets.

Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and improve overall productivity.


Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, payers, and community organizations.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and corporate leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Hold an unencumbered RN license

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting, with a focus on managing large census operations.

In-depth knowledge of home health operations, including regulatory compliance, reimbursement systems, and industry trends.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet financial targets.

Current knowledge of the San Diego healthcare market and key stakeholders is highly desirable.
