Position Overview
We are looking for a personable, energetic, and incredibly detail-oriented.

As the Sales Support Specialist, you'll be pivotal in providing vital support to our sales team and customers, facilitating activities that drive business growth and enhance revenue.

We seek a highly organized, collaborative individual with a proven track record of navigating across departments to swiftly address internal requests and external inquiries while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.


This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion to work in a creative, niche industry to support several teams including marketing, production, and account management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trello system and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM
  • Serve as the main contact for customer order fulfillment requests including sales, technical support, and customer service.
  • Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.
  • Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally.
  • Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth.
  • Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Facilitate bidirectional communication across departments.
  • Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience.

Qualifications

  • 13 years proven success in B2B sales support or customer service.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and experience is desired, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Order Management programs
  • Past experience working in a customerfacing service/ supportive administrative role.

Position Type

  • This is a fulltime position

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of one (1) to (3) experience in B2B sales support or customer service.
  • Understanding of the promotional products industry is extremely helpful.
  • An appreciation for design and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
