ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The Operations Program Manager selected for this role will oversee multiple programs within the Ground and Maritime Electronic Warfare System Sub Market Segments within the Spectrum Convergence Market Segment of C6ISR.
  • Providing direction, guidance, and leadership to Manufacturing Project Managers (MPMs) across various programs, the chosen candidate will act as a point of contact for SC program managers and program directors.
  • Responsibilities include managing multi-site manufacturing execution during program periods, leading proposal efforts, overseeing proposals supported by MPMs, and being the Control Account Manager (CAM) Lead for the portfolio.
  • The OPM will also directly oversee the execution of specific programs, such as TLS BCT and EAB, leading diverse manufacturing teams including engineers and production supervisors.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels
  • Operational understanding of manufacturing core functions and best practices
  • Experience in manufacturing proposal efforts
  • Ability to work in production and development environments
  • Decisive leader responsible for impactful decisions
  • Prior experience in managing manufacturing programs across multiple facilities
US Citizenship required for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience in Spectrum Convergence programs
  • Experience with SAP and/or Solumina
  • Lean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification
  • Experience in a represented environment
Clearance Level: Secret
