Role Overview

As a Compensation Consultant at Global Payments, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing global compensation programs. Collaborating with HR and business leaders, you will ensure competitive compensation ranges and analyze market data to drive effective compensation strategies.


  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders
  • Analyze job roles for appropriate classification and salary range
  • Utilize market data for compensation benchmarks
  • Design short and long-term incentive programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for legal compliance
  • Lead global projects aligning with HR priorities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in compensation programs

Requirements
  • Manage confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in research methods and data analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with compensation best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software

Experience
  • Four years as a compensation analyst required
  • Two years specialized in executive compensation analysis/administration

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Math, Business, or related field
  • Certification in Compensation Professional preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods working at a desk and computer
