About the Role:
  • Market Supervisor Role: A key position that demands a founder's mentality and a well-rounded entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conducting Business Development and Account Management targeting Airbnb portfolios, spas, and event venues.
    • Managing Logistics Operations and Supervision to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in cold calling, emailing, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Identify B2B partnerships and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for seamless service delivery.
  • Optimize delivery routes and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve key operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Fleet & Inventory Management:
  • Handle routine maintenance and cleanliness of the fleet.
  • Manage inventory for all 2ULaundry-branded supplies in the market.
Customer Service:
  • Resolve operational issues for customer and service provider satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback for service improvement and customer support.
