  • Establishing a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating effectively with students, parents, staff, and the community.
  • Adhering to building and district elementary level initiatives.

  • Demonstrating effective communication and rapport-building skills with culturally diverse students.
  • Implementing PBIS classroom procedures and expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Sitting, standing, speaking, hearing, seeing, and walking to carry out routine tasks.
    • Ocasional lifting, moving, or pushing items up to 50 lbs.
    • Supervising students in various weather conditions.
    • Implementing Crisis Prevention Intervention strategies when needed.
