JOB SUMMARY:
The Assembler role is crucial in the assembly process of our sheet metal control unit buildings. Responsibilities include layout, measuring, marking dimensions, and reference lines. As an Assembler, you will work independently and within a team, requiring versatility and a willingness to learn new skills quickly. We seek a team player willing to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure product completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assemble sheet metal control house buildings
  • Layout, measure, and mark dimensions
  • Maintain clean yard organization
  • Use hand tools in assembly stages
  • Operate specialized equipment
  • Ensure workplace safety with proper PPE
  • Complete other assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or assembly
  • Welding and fabrication experience desired
  • Knowledge of hand and power tool use
  • Forklift operation experience desired
  • Able to work from 10' ladders
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety
  • Reliable, respectful, and responsible

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Math skills including reading tape measure
  • Ability to interpret blueprints
  • Machinery maintenance knowledge
  • Time management skills
  • Physical capability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Pass background check and drug screening
