The role of the Production Assembler is vital in the assembly of sheet metal components for our control house structures. The ideal candidate will work autonomously, efficiently, and with minimal oversight, while also being a collaborative team member willing to assist wherever necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble sheet metal components for control house structures.
- Utilize appropriate hand tools throughout various assembly phases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)
- Welding and fabrication skills (advantageous)
- Familiarity with the proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools
- Forklift operation experience (preferred)
- Capability to work from 10' ladders.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuver products weighing up to 100 pounds.
NOTE:
This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule and is eligible for a 10% pay differential.
