Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to engage customers in discussions about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy-saving solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or promote a home performance tune-up to kickstart the customer journey with our experts.

Salary

- BASE PAY starts at $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and assessment. Additionally, we offer an enticing bonus and commission structure allowing you to potentially earn an average of $30 or more per hour. These incentives are disbursed weekly along with your pay.

Schedule

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. You must be willing to work on weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work autonomously while representing our brand within our partner retail outlets
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but a charismatic personality can serve as a substitute
  • Willingness to put in extra hours, including weekends, when necessary
