Job Description

Rite Rug Flooring is a well-established flooring company that has been in business for over 89 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a creative mindset and a charismatic personality to join our expanding team.

Potential for uncapped commissions (top performers earning $150K+) in addition to salary.

Duties:

  • Hybrid role involving Sales and Design for Flooring and Home Remodels
  • Understand client needs, establish relationships, and provide guidance during the design and selection process

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support during transactions and project completion
  • Utilize knowledge of construction details to design remodels that align with client expectations
  • Conduct on-site research and document existing conditions

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales experience
  • Create accurate estimates for homeowners
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, motivation, and discipline
  • Confident, outgoing, and energetic demeanor
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships effectively
  • Comfortable using technology and computers
