We are currently looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team.

Job Summary:

The senior tax analyst will collaborate with the Director, Tax, focusing on global transfer pricing and supporting international and U.S. income tax functions. In this role, you will ensure tax compliance and strategic planning conform to high ethical standards.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of IRC Section 482 and equivalent foreign regulations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. income tax principles applicable to domestic and international operations.
  • Management of transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  • Proactive involvement in transfer pricing calculations, functional analyses, and scenario planning.
  • Participation in U.S. and international tax protocols and compliance.
  • Development and updates of transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements.
  • Knowledge of ASC 740 income tax standards.
  • Contribution to process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Support for tax managers and directors as necessary.

Internal Controls:

Adherence to established procedures to uphold internal controls aligned with Sarbanes Oxley. Identification and resolution of internal control risks. Collaboration on refining internal controls related to income tax reporting.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; advanced taxation degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of tax experience in U.S.-based multinational companies.
  • Experience with U.S. and international income tax matters.
  • Global transfer pricing experience for two to three years.
  • Familiarity with competent authority bilateral tax treat procedures.
  • Proficiency in SAP general ledger system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PC literacy and Microsoft applications knowledge.
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-driven, deadline-focused environment.

Position Scope/Contribution:

Expected travel of approximately 5 - 15% to different facilities. Interaction with various departments, public auditors, tax advisors, and more to represent the company. Focus on tax compliance, risk management, and overseeing major projects within the tax function.
