  • McDonalds Business UnitWe have an exciting career opportunity for a consultative Account Manager within our McDonald's Business Unit (MBU).
In this role you are accountable for maintaining and developing both new and existing customer relationships in an assigned territory, working shoulder to shoulder with our partners.

The Account Manager is accountable for the entire sales process for value-added oil management and hood cleaning programs, including managing both external and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process, customer training, troubleshooting when needed, selling additional services, signing new agreements and renewals, and cultivating new referrals.

Location and TerritoryThe candidate is ideally located in the New Orleans area and is based out of their home office.

The territory includes New Orleans, Birmingham, and Atlanta depot service areas.

Overnight travel including occasional weekends is up to 50%.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesEstablish a strategic plan and tactics that result in new account generation.

Understanding the customer organization, to build & maintain rapport with key individualsConduct field research to create a relevant presentation to address the customers needsSchedule and complete weekly prospecting activities to include restaurants visits, track & enter daily sales activities, leads, pipeline into Salesforce (CRM)Manage sales materials, presentations, agreements (new and renewals) & pricingWork closely with internal teams; building strong relationships to provide a high level of customer satisfactionRequired QualificationsAbility to drive within designated territory on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel required, expectation up to 50%Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including solid presentation skills to an individual or large groupsHighly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies (Salesforce)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing focus3+ years of outside sales experience and/or trainingInclusive EmployerAt Restaurant Technologies, we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we're proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
