The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 106,000.00 USD - 140,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.

In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.

We are a house of high growth challenger brands (method, Mrs. Meyer's, Ecover and Babyganics) and are seeking

a savvy analyst to help us guide strategy through strong quantitative skills and an ability to bring holistic storytelling to life through measurement, data, and technology.

Reporting to the Director of Direct-to-Consumer & Digital Transformation, this role will have a unique
opportunity to pioneer and implement their vision for marketing analytics at the LSB. You should be a self-starter with an ability and desire to build our marketing analytics capability in Direct-to-Consumer and Marketing Media, including selecting tools, defining data strategy, building data architecture and
creating analysis and reports for internal share-outs with cross functional stakeholders and leadership.


You will bring a strong blend of storytelling, critical thinking, and technical expertise and be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, conduct multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintain relationships with senior leaders, and own deliverables end to end.

You will think strategically, develop insightful analysis, communicate findings concisely to senior leaders, work effectively as part of a cross functional team, and help us leverage our first-party data as a competitive advantage.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build LSB marketing analytics function, including data architecture, processes, and KPIs
  • Synthesize complex data sets into impactful insights and build analytics stories that inform strategic business decisions
  • Build and maintain Looker reports to monitor marketing and DTC performance & drivers across different business, channel and consumer segments
  • Create and own LTV, attribution models, and cohort analysis
  • Lead initiatives ranging from ad-hoc deep dives and root cause analysis to building robust, scalable data models
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to Direct-To-Consumer Marketing team to help optimize marketing investment while maintaining profitability margins for the platform
  • Partner with DTC team to aggregate complex transactional data to build analytical tools for ongoing modeling and business insights (e.g., cross-purchase, pricing, shipping)
  • Ongoing site optimization analysis (e.g., drop-off, optimization)
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clear and actionable for employees at all levels
  • Spearhead proper experimental design, and provide advanced analytical support on marketing campaign tests with clear conclusions on test outcomes
  • Initiate the development of measurement models and frameworks to help the acquisition team better understand the performance of their marketing efforts, especially as it relates to incrementality

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in web analytics, marketing, economics, or relevant quantitative fields
  • 5+ years
of ecommerce data analysis and consumer insights experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in data driven marketing analysis, application, and associated technologies that enable media and digital strategies

  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in large-scale data models
  • Experience in driving retention and customer lifetime value in the direct-to-consumer space
  • Exceptional problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights
  • Advanced Experience with Excel
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with an ecommerce platform such as BigCommerce or Shopify
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution models and a comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel
  • Expertise in Financial Modeling, Sensitivity Analysis, Regression Modeling, and A/B Testing (e.g., promotions, shipping thresholds)
  • Experience building dashboards within a Business Intelligence tool, preferably Looker
