We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Little Rock, AR, United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and supervise all production aspects within the facility.
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of current production methods to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with teams to introduce innovative production enhancements geared toward maximizing efficiency and reducing expenses.
  • Optimize machinery and labor effectiveness to meet production targets.
  • Ensure adherence to product standards and implement quality control practices.
  • Optimize workflow by selecting and siting machinery, tools, and equipment strategically.
  • Assess and communicate workforce needs to management; devise training schedules for enhanced efficiency.
  • Persistently seek to boost speed and productivity while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Establish and enforce quality control procedures to oversee product quality.
  • Address and resolve production challenges and malfunctions, including identifying human errors.
  • Develop safety guidelines and educate staff on correct machine operation.
  • Participate in hiring technicians to ensure equipment maintenance for maximum safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure project completion within budgetary constraints and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in CAD software.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production/industrial engineering, managerial background preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and project management skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships with vendors and clients.
