Your role and responsibilities:
  • Define technical and market specifications for the product
  • Develop a product business plan for sustainable growth
  • Lead life cycle management process
  • Analyze and track product performance metrics
  • Ensure proper product positioning and communication to channels and users
  • Manage product costs and competitiveness
  • Drive product and solution innovation teams
  • Build and lead effective teams

Qualifications for the role:
  • 4-year degree in engineering required, Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • International travel availability
  • Knowledge of LV switchgear industrial & commercial market segments preferred
  • Experience with customer relations and leadership
  • Interpersonal and intercultural competence
  • Work authorization for the US
