Reports To: Medical Director/Clinic Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team at Euphoria Medspa. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a commitment to patient care, and a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures to enhance the appearance and confidence of our clients, utilizing the latest techniques and products in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Injectable Treatments:
    • Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers,PRP, and other aesthetic procedures.
    • Have knowledge of Laser Safety and How to perform Laser services such as laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, and IPL.
    • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Patient Care and Safety:
    • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures.
    • Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
    • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage complications if they arise.
  • Education and Communication:
    • Educate patients on various aesthetic procedures, expected results, and potential side effects.
    • Maintain clear and open communication with patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Adhere to all clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Professional Development:
    • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and training.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other medical and aesthetic professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Certification:
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
    • Certification in Aesthetic Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse injector in a medical aesthetics setting.
    • Proven expertise in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic dermatology.
    • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to provide high levels of patient care and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
